Founding Director

Phil Holmes

Founding Director has started this company in 1983 as a sole trader. He has more than 40 years of experience in the building industry. Under his leadership, P&L Electrical has grown into the com[any it is today. Philip embedded a culture of customer-focus and business transformation.

Co-owner/Director

Dave Holmes

Co-owner and Director joined the company in 1988 as an apprentice. He has more than 30 years of experience in the building industry. Dave specialises in C-Bus home automation, split air-conditioning, solar paneling and the development of new business insight.
